Scope of Program

We are seeking high-caliber fresh graduates from reputable universities or candidates with less than 2 years of working experience for our Management Trainee program. This comprehensive 24-month program includes a structured job rotation across Three major departments within our organization, providing valuable exposure to various functional areas.

Upon successful completion of the program, trainees will be appointed to specific positions based on their performance and capabilities. This is an excellent opportunity for motivated individuals looking to develop their careers in a dynamic corporate environment.

Requirements

• Fresh graduate or degree holder in Business Management, Science, Engineering, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, with less than 2 years of working experience;
